THIS IS A FOUR WEEK COURSE PROVIDING A BASIC FOUNDATION TO WESTERN HERBAL MEDICINE.
The course runs on Wednesday evenings 7pm-9pm for 4 weeks and includes the following:
What is herbalism- the wonders of plants, what is disease and approaches to healing. – taste and discover- plant identification and herbal first aid. There will be a walk included in these sessions.
The aim is to work with small groups encouraging people to keep an open mind and feel inspired to explore outside of their own doors.
