SARAH JANE JONES and LOUISE SMITH
MARGARET SHILLAN
has worked in Steiner Education as a class teacher and art teacher. She also founded the Visual Arts Course at Emerson College where she taught for 15 years.
She has travelled widely and many of her paintings have been inspired by this. Especially India and more recently as a n Artist – in – Residence in Scotland. She is also inspired by poetry and mythology.
SCARLET OSTICKS
“Outsider artist Scarlet has this year been experimenting with ‘Main a prima’ and ‘Decalcomanie’ – techniques used by surrealist artists such as Max Ernst, Ernst Fuchs and Salvador Dali. This has felt like an exploration of the sphere of Netzach – the Qabalistic realm of chaotic, abundant nature. She has been further delving into a sense of this using collage.”
RACHEL FARRELL
Rachel works primarily in acrylic and mixed media and takes her inspiration from the natural world. She is currently preoccupied with birds – experimenting with flat, print-like paintings onto textured, mixed media backgrounds.
NEVIL BREWIN

I’ve never admitted that I’m an artist, so this year I’m stepping forward and claiming it. I am passionate about nature and wilding, remakery and sustainable sourcing. My newest creations are born from happy hours of fossicking for beach junk which I turn into sculptures and pendants. Each piece of wood is a new sensory experience. I love seeing the beautiful and diverse properties emerge out of old pieces of jetsam that most people would walk past.
