What we do

At The Coachhouse aims to have a varied programme of events and courses.
Here are just some of the events that have been on at the Coachhouse:

We have had talks by local historians – traditional workshops on beekeeping and basket making, music, song, drawing classes, beading workshops, dyeing wool, felt making, meeting the plants through drawing and painting and to top that off, life drawing with a real horse (coming soon)!

Herbalism with the Green Aprons Clinic – herbal baths in the court yard!

Courses in Herbal Medicine and open forums for learning.

‘Home made’ workshops.

Walking with wild plants all day outings at:
Cuckmere haven, Kingly Vale, Ansty woods and  Whitehawk  hill, Kemptown.

Witch and Wizard school for the under 10s.

Music by: Dials, Joe Lee Wilson, ViV, Caroline Weeks, Shoel, Pine Forest , Hamilton Yarns, Sunsets over Whitehawk, Curly hair, Laish and an experimental night with The Colour of Pomegranates film set to music by Collectress. Summarian Kings, Guy Hayes, Mary Hampton, New Rib, Jo Burke, Mr David Thomas and the pale boys, Kiersty Boon and many many more!
